Today that’s the work of Mireille and Olivier Roches that we highlight.
Already 20 years of vines in Saussignac, a town near Bergerac and an appellation known by wine lovers. Coming from a family of winegrowers, in 2007 they converted their vineyard to organic farming, certified AB since 2010. It is with passion that they will talk to you about their terroir and their vines, always looking for the perfect alchemy.
Those who have visited us have been able to hear us extol the merits of their AOC Saussignac (80% Sémillon, 20% Muscadelle). Two or three selective sortings by hand for this exceptional sweet wine in which dominate notes of quince, apricot, honey and acacia flower. And those who tasted it could only take it back…

The property is open for tasting and sale every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Do not hesitate to ask them (among other things!) about their “cuvée 68”: they will tell you why… they will explain how and… you will know that you are in the right place.
